Content

When you share any Content on the App, you are giving us permission to modify, publicly display, reproduce, distribute, and use the Content. However, you still own the rights to the Content you share and are responsible for safeguarding them. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree that other users of the App may access and use your Content according to these Terms.

By sharing any Content on the App, you guarantee that you either own the Content or have the right to use it and give us the rights to it as described in these Terms. Additionally, sharing your Content on the App must not infringe on any privacy, publicity, copyright, contract, or other legal rights belonging to any individual.

Your Account

As a user, you are responsible for protecting your data used to access the App, and for any actions taken on your account, whether by yourself or by a third-party service.

You must not reveal your data to anyone else. If you suspect that there has been any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, please inform us immediately.

You cannot use someone else's name or entity as your username, or a name or trademark that is under the rights of someone else, without appropriate authorization. Additionally, usernames that are offensive, vulgar, or obscene are prohibited.

User Generated Content (UGC)

• Users can only upload contents, such as texts, photos, illustrations, symbols, etc. to our App if they possess the necessary rights for publication on our App.
• Users must refrain from making any false, offensive, harassing, defamatory, sexist, racist, extreme political, extreme religious or extreme ideological expressions while using our App.
• Users are prohibited from sharing personal information of other users, such as names, photos, phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses, etc.
• Users are not permitted to add links to websites containing illegal content. Additionally, users are not allowed to make any offensive, harassing, defamatory, sexist, racist, extreme political, extreme religious, or extreme ideological expressions while using our App.

Europe Dating Site cannot be held responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and accept that Europe Dating Site is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on or through any third-party websites or services.

Account Cancelation

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to use the Service. If you wish to terminate your account, you may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimer

Europe Dating Site, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors cannot guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times and in all places
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The Service will meet all of your requirements.

At Europe Dating Site, we understand the importance of creating a safe and secure environment for all users, particularly minors. Our platform follows strict standards to prevent any exploitation or abuse of children, in accordance with both local laws and Google Play’s guidelines.

No Tolerance for Child Exploitation

We enforce a strict no-tolerance policy for any activities involving the exploitation of children. The following actions are explicitly prohibited on our platform:

• Creating, sharing, or endorsing content that constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Engaging in inappropriate or harmful interactions with minors.

Users found violating these standards will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant legal authorities.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or users violating our child safety standards, you can easily report this within the app via the Support section. Our team will respond promptly, removing harmful content and, if necessary, reporting the issue to law enforcement.

Legal Compliance

We ensure that our platform fully complies with international and regional child protection laws. This includes reporting confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant authority in your region.

Immediate Action for CSAM

Upon becoming aware of CSAM, we will:

• Remove the content as soon as possible
• Ban the accounts involved.
• Report the case to the relevant authorities, including the NCMEC or regional agency.

Changes
